REDS' CECH MATE?
According to this morning's SunLiverpool manager Brendan Rodgers wants to take Chelsea's reserve 'keeper Petr Cech on loanto Anfield next season for a fee of £7.5m.

The experienced Czech Republic international, whose contract at Stamford Bridge runs out next summer, has lost his first-team place at the Blues this season to Thibaut Courtois.

Porto coach Julen Lopetegui insists he is happy at the Portuguese champions amid reports he could succeed Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid.

BYE BYE BENTEKE?
Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood has revealed the west Midlands club could offload in-form striker Christian Benteke this summer.
However, the Belgium would first need to indicate a desire to quit Villa Park, while Villa would also not be willing to let the player leave for anything less than £25m.
"There's been no indication to me that he wants to go elsewhere but if he does we will assess the situation," said Sherwood.
"You don't want players going into the last 18 months of their contract. He's a top player and I want to keep him. But you can't force any player to stay.
"You might as well take the money because you end up without the money or the player."
