Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann is open to a summer move to Chelsea, according to The Telegraph.
Griezmann’s currently has a £43 million buy-out clause that was inserted into his deal after joining from Real Sociedad last summer and Jose Mourinho is reportedly considering a move for the Frenchman.

VAN PERSIE TO TURKEY?
Manchester United striker Robin van Persie could move toFenerbahce in the summer, according to the Daily Star.
Turkish newspaper Milliyet report that Fenerbahce have found a sponsor that could finance the deal for the out of favour striker, who missed a penalty against West Brom.
It's thought United boss Louis van Gaal will look to freshen up his attacking options in the summer and will allow Van Persie, Radamel Falcao and Javier Hernandez all to leave.
PASTORE IN DEMAND
Juventus have contacted Paris Saint-Germain to enquire aboutJavier Pastore’s availability, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.
The Serie A giants, who recently wrapped up their fourth straight league title, are already working to bolster their squad and they want PSG star Pastore.
The Argentinian made his name in Italy during his time at former club Palermo and Juve are keen to bring him back to Serie A.
And TuttoMercatoWeb reports that the Turin club have initiated primary contact with PSG to see if they would be willing to cash in on the playmaker.
