Diego Costa Gives A Relieve Message To Chelsea Fans
Diego Costa believes Chelsea can knock Manchester City out of the Premier League title race if they beat them on Wednesday.
The Blues lost only their fourth game of the season at the weekend, falling to a shock 2-1 defeat at the hands of London rivals Crystal Palace.
Man City could not take full advantage, however, only managing to draw 2-2 at struggling Arsenal the following day.
Spanish striker Costa has urged his Chelsea team-mates to recover from their setback against the Eagles and put a further dent in Pep Guardiola’s aspirations at the Etihad.
‘After a loss at home and with a rival closing the gap the importance of the game only grows,’ Costa told ESPN Brazil.
